Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

Tactile Pictures is the owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, subscribing to our email list, or other direct contact from you. The app does not require you to enter any personal information to use it.

The website collects email addresses from users who opt-in to our email list, and they are stored with a trusted service provider, MailChimp, under the terms of their privacy policy. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

The app may collect anonymous usage information to help us analyze which features are used and how, and to help improve the app by sending information about crashes or other bugs. This information is not connected to your email address and we will not attempt to associate it with a personal identity. It does not track or report information about which music files you play.

We currently do not display any advertising, nor use advertising attribution to associate ads and users.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can unsubscribe from email by contacting us via the link in any email sent by our provider, MailChimp. We do not collect phone numbers and will not call you.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. We do not collect any sensitive information such as credit card numbers; any transactions requiring these are operated by other parties (e.g. the App Store).

Personal information such as email addresses are stored with a trusted provider (MailChimp). We do not keep these addresses in our own environment, except in secure backups. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
